Estos Términos y Condiciones rigen el uso de Orbit Voz ("el Servicio"), un producto de Local ORBIT Media LLC ("la Agencia", "nosotros"), con sede en Austin, Texas. Al contratar o usar el Servicio, tú ("el Cliente") aceptas estos términos.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Orbit Voz ("the Service"), a product of Local ORBIT Media LLC ("the Agency", "we"), based in Austin, Texas. By hiring or using the Service, you ("the Client") agree to these terms.
1. Qué es Orbit Voz
1. What Orbit Voz is
Orbit Voz es un conserje telefónico con inteligencia artificial ("Luna") que contesta llamadas de tu negocio, agenda citas, responde preguntas frecuentes y toma solicitudes de cotización, en español e inglés. Orbit Voz contesta y hace llamadas telefónicas reales — no es un servicio de mensajería ni de llamadas por WhatsApp, y no sustituye la comunicación personal del Cliente con sus propios contactos.
Orbit Voz is an AI-powered phone concierge ("Luna") that answers your business calls, books appointments, answers common questions, and takes quote requests, in Spanish and English. Orbit Voz answers and places real phone calls — it is not a messaging service and does not operate over WhatsApp calls, and it does not replace the Client's own personal communication with their contacts.

Todas las llamadas atendidas por Luna incluyen un aviso al inicio informando que se trata de un asistente de inteligencia artificial y que la llamada puede grabarse, de acuerdo con la ley de Texas y las leyes aplicables de grabación de llamadas. Las transcripciones y grabaciones se usan únicamente para prestar el Servicio (agendar, resumir, dar seguimiento) y se conservan por un período limitado (ver nuestro Aviso de Privacidad).
Every call handled by Luna includes a notice at the start disclosing that it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, in accordance with Texas law and applicable call-recording laws. Transcripts and recordings are used only to deliver the Service (booking, summarizing, follow-up) and are retained for a limited period (see our Privacy Notice).

El Cliente se compromete a usar el Servicio de forma lícita y a no emplear a Luna para actividades fraudulentas, engañosas o que infrinjan derechos de terceros. Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender el Servicio ante un uso indebido.
The Client agrees to use the Service lawfully and not to use Luna for fraudulent, deceptive activity or activity that infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend the Service in case of misuse.
4. Precios y facturación

Los precios y planes de Orbit Voz se acuerdan de manera individual con cada negocio y no se publican en este sitio. La facturación, minutos incluidos y cargos por excedente se detallan en el acuerdo de servicio firmado con el Cliente.
Orbit Voz pricing and plans are agreed individually with each business and are not published on this site. Billing, included minutes, and overage charges are detailed in the signed service agreement with the Client.
5. Limitación de responsabilidad

Orbit Voz es una herramienta de apoyo operativo. No garantizamos un volumen específico de llamadas, citas o ingresos. Hasta el máximo permitido por la ley, Local ORBIT Media LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Servicio.
Orbit Voz is an operational support tool. We do not guarantee a specific volume of calls, appointments, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local ORBIT Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Terminación

Cualquiera de las partes puede terminar el Servicio conforme a lo pactado en el acuerdo de servicio individual. Al terminar, dejamos de procesar llamadas para el negocio del Cliente y aplicamos nuestra política de retención/eliminación de datos.
Either party may terminate the Service as set out in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, we stop processing calls for the Client's business and apply our data retention/deletion policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Podemos actualizar estos términos ocasionalmente. Los cambios importantes se comunicarán directamente a los clientes activos.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients.

Programa de Notificaciones de ORBIT Voz. Si nos proporcionas tu número de teléfono, podemos enviarte mensajes de texto relacionados con tu servicio de ORBIT Voz: confirmaciones de pago, invitaciones al portal, y avisos de cuenta.
ORBIT Voz Notifications Program. If you provide us your phone number, we may send you text messages related to your ORBIT Voz service: payment confirmations, portal invitations, and account notices.
La frecuencia de los mensajes varía según tu actividad con el servicio — no es un envío periódico fijo. Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos de tu compañía telefónica.
Message frequency varies based on your activity with the service — messages are event-triggered, not sent on a fixed recurring schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Para ayuda, responde AYUDA a cualquier mensaje, o llámanos al (512) 866-9338. Para dejar de recibir mensajes de texto en cualquier momento, responde ALTO, CANCELAR o STOP — esto no cancela tu servicio de ORBIT Voz, solo detiene los mensajes de texto; seguirás recibiendo avisos por email y en tu portal.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or call us at (512) 866-9338. To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP — this does not cancel your ORBIT Voz service, it only stops text messages; you'll continue to receive notices by email and in your portal.
Tu número de teléfono y los datos de mensajería de texto no se comparten ni se venden a terceros con fines de marketing o publicidad. Se usan únicamente para operar el servicio de ORBIT Voz que contrataste.
Your phone number and text messaging data are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. They are used solely to operate the ORBIT Voz service you signed up for.
